La localización del edificio lo sitúa muy cerca de la línea de metro pero también está cercano a la línea de metro que lleva directo al aeropuerto. Es perfecto para cortas estancias.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
