Recently renovated apartment, elevator, located in the Barrio de La Latina, 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and 10 from the Puerta del Sol. The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

The space met our expectations, very wide, we were in 4 people and could feel at home. The accommodation is amazing, I saw some comments complaining about being ground floor and the window is out, but it didn't get in the way, the window has a soundproofing and it was quiet, the space fulfills what it promises, it was worth it! A wonderful Airbnb right in the heart of Madrid! Just steps away from the Plaza Mayor. The Airbnb itself was so cute, clean, and a great size. The street noise is a bit noisy at night as you’re right in the mix of everything but the host did provide ear plugs which was super helpful and sweet. Great stay with David, he was super communicative and friendly. We will for sure be back!!

I stayed in this apartment for four days with my family and we had a good time. The location is very central, with everything you need within walking distance, including the subway, which, however, we used little because the city can be easily visited on foot. Despite being in a central area, the apartment is very quiet thanks to its location within a courtyard. During the week, work was underway in the building, but it didn't bother us because we were out all day. The apartment, although a little cramped for four people, was still functional since we only used it for sleeping. Check-in and checkout were flexible, and the host was always available and quick to respond. Recommended!

Juan Pablo and Sofia are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. A dog and a cat live in the apartment who are also lovely. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of some of Madrid's most important attractions. Still, the apartment is quiet and cozy, and it's a place to rest and have your privacy after a busy day. The best part is that you have a separate bathroom, as well as an iron for your clothes, a washing machine, a hair dryer...
