Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful cottage ✨ and Claudia was really welcoming and kind to us! Also recommended for those who have to go to the Parma Fair :) 10 minutes by car

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had prepared water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the nicest place to stay!

I think Goran is a wonderful person with a pure soul. He kept me company, as well as being a host he is also a friend and I think I have really found a new friend. I'll be back not only for the beautiful apartment but to say hello to a dear friend.
