Green Hills Monferrato is a house in the Piedmont hills designed to be truly enjoyed, inside and out. Large, fenced-in private garden with areas shaded by olive trees and open spaces in the sun, a patio for outdoor dining, and an outdoor sitting area surrounded by greenery. The house stays cool even in summer thanks to the thick walls. The interior is finished with quality materials – marble, granite, and natural wood – and carefully selected furnishings to provide comfort, relaxation, and privacy.

Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of the Monferrato Countryside, it offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains . The property provides ample parking for three cars and a spacious, secure garden. It also features a panoramic swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and relaxing zones. What truly sets No18 apart is the ever-changing landscape, the serene and tranquil ambiance, and the stunning views.

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse "Monferrato Country House Basin d ‘Amor" where you can share your passion for this beautiful Unesco Heritage land. Our house is 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 20 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, and 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est highway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it's an ideal spot. Kick back and relax in thiscalm, stylish space.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La Corte di Lu is a beautiful country house, surrounded by the hills and woods of Asti. We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.

Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Villa Belvedere for 7 persons in Monferrato

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
