Dear Chiara, thank you so much for this wonderful stay in your house. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail, the decor and amenities are a dream. Communication was always very friendly and fast. We were all very enthusiastic and would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for everything!!!

Unfortunately, a few hours before our planned visit to Borgosesia a war broke out and we couldn't leave Israel! It's hard to describe how disappointed we were, especially after we had such good communication with Fabrizia, who was so friendly and helpful, and made us really look forward to our stay in her flat. When we informed Fabrizia we had to cancel our visit, she was really empathetic and understanding, and made sure we recieved our refund from Airbnb. We will definitely come and stay with Fabrizia as soon as possible, when the situation improves and we can travel again. Thank you, Fabrizia, for everything, and hopefully we'll see you very soon!
