A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing holiday in nature. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really enjoyed the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel right at home and the communication was always impeccable. The accommodation was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly reflected the description, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, with the possibility of taking walks and fully immersing themselves in the The beauty of the Marche landscape.

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful holiday in this great house. The scenery and surroundings are impressive, the view is great, the possibilities of use are diverse. We enjoyed quiet days by the pool as much as excursions to the surrounding area (numerous beautiful towns and good restaurants) or to the sea (coast about 50 min drive). The house is well equipped, everything you need is there. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner - easily prepared in the kitchen and enjoyed in the terrace (the house offers several options) - wonderful. We had a lot of fun and recovered very well. Communication with Fabrizio was always friendly and the answers came very quickly. We are very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Extraordinary villa, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with all the amenities imaginable. Nothing is really missing: every room has been designed to offer a unique experience, which makes the stay unforgettable. The pool is simply spectacular, perfect for moments of total relaxation. Valentina and Andrea are exceptional hosts, always kind and available for every need, without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar. Although the sea is about a 15-minute drive away, the tranquility and beauty of the villa more than compensate for the distance. The farmhouse was everything. The setting is only matched by the love you feel when chatting with Annamaria and Lino. They made our family feel right at home. The breakfast and lunches are world class in taste and presentation. The location is bathed in florals surrounded by rolling hills, it’s as though you have landed in a painting or an old world Italian storybook. There are not enough words to describe how much we loved it!
