Me and my wife loved the place she said It reminded her so much of her pawpaw ‘s home. Place is such in a great spot where you can have both options to walk and have a short drive to many things. Nice and cozy home to be in the thick of Berea .

I was in town for a conference at EKU. The location is perfect—I could walk to campus each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for a university event. It’s become my go-to spot when visiting Richmond. The place is exactly as described. The host is proactive and knowledgeable and responsive.

Andrew was a great host, responded to my questions and gave clear instructions on how to get in and how to check out. The place was clean, comfy and cozy. The back porch was nice. Everyone we met in passing was super nice and friendly. The town itself is cute and places to walk to for eating and shopping and more options is just a short 10 minute drive. If I ever in the area again I would stay here again!
