Stayed with my family.. we were a group of 6 people along with an infant. Stay was very comfortable. This is an excellent property to saty with family.Ganesh was extremely helpful host. Any issue.. he was just a call away. This made our stay at coorg memorable and hassle free. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed for three days . It was very pleasing experience. We felt just like home. Nisha Madam was always there to help us in each and every need. We would definitely like to visit again.

Beautiful property. Great hosts. Stayed here for 3 days with the whole family. Ended up having a great time. The place was squeaky clean and had a lot of greenery around. City center is a kilometre away so easy to get things.

This place it's worth its name. Truly a hidden gem. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. The property is very beautiful, what I liked the most is it's cleanliness and amenities. The surrounding is also very beautiful and serene. Me and my husband went with our pet and this place being pet friendly was a plus. Points to note if you wish to stay here: 1. This is within the city so most of the tourist attractions are nearby 2. Zomato and Swiggy is also available here. 3. In case you wish to go out for food, there are a lot of great places to eat and the host is also helpful with the recommendations. 4. If you bring along a pet, you can walk your pet outside this property, and there are 3-4 very cute friendly street dogs living near the property. (Although, our dog isn't very friendly with stranger dogs therefore, we requested the host to keep the dogs inside while we walk ours, and he did whch helped us a lot)

The place was excellent and we loved our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make dinner for us even though it was late. They recommended places to visit and made awesome breakfast. The place itself is huge and well done. We enjoyed our stay and totally recommend you book it for your getaway.

"The Perch" Homestay in Madikeri is a absolute place for nature lovers. I had a truly memorable stay at "The Perch" Homestay, Nestled amidst lush forests and sprawling coffee plantations, this serene getaway is nothing short of a hidden gem. The homestay itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with nature while offering all the comforts you could wish for. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the host, Deepak. He’s an absolute delight — kind, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The house is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and neatly maintained. Every little detail is taken care of from toiletries and hot water to clean towels. The food deserves a special mention every meal was lovingly prepared by Deepak’s mother, and it truly felt like home-cooked heaven. Each bite was a testament to authentic Coorgi flavors and warmth. The Perch is a perfect escape to serenity.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 1BHK nestled on one of the scenic hills of Coorg. The host was extremely polite, well-mannered, and always responsive whenever we needed anything. It was the first homestay with my family and the Misty coorg made it such a awesome experience. Such a spacious property to handle any big families. It's well maintained and clean. Special mention of our host " Rohina", you're just simply superb. Your patience to listen, being calm and for the delicious food served make someone to resonate the stay experience for longer time. Me & my family of 5 came from Canada. Let me start with this - EXCELLENT SERVICE! Saif got every little things we needed. He went out of his way. He is very respectful and accommodating. Now talking about food, you dont need to go anywhere. His father is a chef and his sister is also an excellent cook. They will make anything you want to eat and i tell u, The food is delicious 😋!! The place is very peaceful, spacious and since its newly built, place is in excellent condition. Again, to conclude, I would recommend this place to anyone, what can a person ask for more, great food, great place, excellent service. Always smile on his face and respectful. We really enjoyed the stayed. One of the best stays i have enjoyed. I will definitely come here again. Thank You so much Saif. You are the best. 😍

Krithan was a wonderful host. The place is sparkling clean. The rooms are huge with big living room and kitchen.Its a newly built place . It was value for money.

Dinesh was very friendly and helpful for any requirements we had. The stay was very homely and would definitely recommend when travelling with family.

Ruman is great host room is clean 1st bed room is small and other 2 bed rooms are good inhalf for a family hall and kitchen is very specious. Only recommendations is to improve water speed in bathrooms

I enjoyed staying at the property. Umesh the caretaker was very helpful. The property itself is very tastefully done and is located right in the heart of town. If you are looking for touristy places near your stay - there are not many. If you want a nice clean place in the town (as opposed to a coffee plantation) then this is the best. For AC rooms in Coorg this is the best price especially if you are going in a group of 4-6 people.
