It is located in a small alpine village from which you can reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
