There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, bedroom plus kitchen. I want trouble-free guests to make the stay a success for both parties. In addition to Kudowa itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.
