The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north

Magnificent beach house, located on the green north coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the city of São Vicente, recently restored, has a beach right in front of you with a very blue sea. The beach has access to the sea, has a solarium area and showers. Casa d'Olívia is a rustic property isolated in a very quiet area, with 2 bedrooms, a porch and a patio. All around, the guest can be in direct contact with Nature, from the chirping of the birds early in the morning, to activities in it, such as watercourses (Levada do Castelejo 50m away), trail, hiking and even surfing. Ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a few serene days.

This flat is situated in the hills of Funchal giving you stunning views over Funchal city and the sea. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the garden and Terrace. There is a supermarket, and two bakeries, where you get freshly-baked bread. Three typical Portuguese food restaurants are all within walking distance. The Famous Monte gardens and "Carrinho dos cestos" are not far from the house.

The outdoor area of this space offers all the privacy necessary to enjoy the good weather and the view that covers the slopes and the entire coast from Câmara de Lobos to the famous beach "Praia Formosa" and the natural pools known as Doca do Cavacas.

Sea House View is a small and cozy house near the main road and the beach with sea and mountain views. Near the house there are restaurants, grocery stores, health center, bus stops (Rodoeste) and leisure spaces, with easy access by foot. Madalena do Mar is ideal for holidays, with a calm and relaxing environment.
