Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

My stay at Atlantis Flat was perfect, the accommodation is really nice, clean and has a lot of useful equipment. Gregorio was a really great host, he gave clear instructions on check in and check out a regularly asked if everything was ok. I can really recommend this accommodation. the location is also great, near the airport. If i come back to Madeira, i would love to stay at Gregorio's flat again, thank you!

Our stay at Filipe was just what we wanted.Very close to the airport and close to the beach.Totally recommend it and we will definitely come again.

Very helpful hostess, quiet area away from busy Funchal. Amazing views, spacious apartment, super king size bed. Useful utility area with washing machine and drying area. Good cooking facilities. Enjoyed sitting on the balconies for breakfast and evening meals. Near bus stop and supermarket. We are fit 70yr olds so steep drive and stairs didn’t bother us.

We just had the most lovely week in Jose's appartment. Elvio met us as agreed and took us to the appartment and showed us everything. The pool was lovely, glad we paid for it to be heated as I can't cope with cold water. The apartment is spotless and modern with everything you need for a break. Thank you so much for the wine and goodies. It was great to have towels for the pool and shower provided. Thank you so much

Christopher and Anna are great hosts: welcoming, helpful and attentive to their guests. We did not lack anything during our ten-day stay. The accommodation is in a quiet location. It is clean and very well equipped. I would recommend this place for a stay in Madeira!

The accommodation was lovely and really felt like a traditional Portuguese village. I loved waking up to birds singing from one window and roosters from another — it made the stay feel very authentic. Everything was just as I expected. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine, and as expected, there was a hairdryer available. The accommodation itself is spacious, and there is a large terrace, which was really enjoyable. Carolina was super friendly and helpful. Her instructions with pictures were very clear and made it easy for me to find the accommodation on my own. She was also very kind to allow me to check in earlier than the usual time, which I really appreciated. She gave me great advice and shared some useful links that I actually used during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay — I’d definitely recommend this place!

I really recommend this home! It was easy to check in and out, very clean in the apartment and easy and smooth communication with the host. We also liked the location, easy to get everywhere by car. Also, access to parking next to the apartment.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is ideal – just outside the city center, but easily accessible with a nice (but very steep) 30 minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a well-stocked supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop where you can shop at local prices – quite unlike the overpriced prices in the market hall of Funchal. There is also one of the best bakeries in the city nearby – a real highlight! The property itself is top equipped, clean and offers stunning views over the harbor and parts of the city with its terrace. Throughout the day you can enjoy sun, including fantastic evening sun. A perfect place to relax – we'd love to come back!

Very nice location, the views are stunning. The accommodation is very clean. The cat adds an interesting touch to the experience. However, you have to be very careful with your food, the ants were very present during our stay, do not leave food on the counters, the ants appear quite quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you might need – from the kitchen to little touches that make the stay particularly enjoyable. The location is ideal: in a few minutes you can walk to the beach, and the city center is also easily accessible. For nature lovers, there are great hiking trails in the area that can be started directly from the property. Supermarkets and other shopping are just around the corner – very convenient! Overall a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our time here. Children's park just around the corner. Small market and grocery store opposite as well. Everything is close by. A little further if you want to go west of Madeira but everything is done well by car. It's a little humid since it's in the mountains, so bring warmer clothes. We were welcomed. Jaime left us a high chair, a baby bath and a crib for our child at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated. There were also fruits, lemons, local cookies and Madeira wine.

The place was a very pleasant surprise. I knew it was a large place for just me, but it was even roomier than I thought it would be. This is really a place for a small family, or perhaps two couples. The best surprise was an actual desk to work at. I moved it to have a good view out one of the large glass doors giving me a great view of the hills and ocean. The place is also perfectly located, just a block from the biggest supermarket in town and only a 10 minute walk from the seafront.

The place was beautiful in a very quiet location with stunning views. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. The beach Calheta is 5 minutes by car easy to reach and highly recommended. We also loved the private parking. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are doing and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)
