Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung im 2. OG mit einzigartigem Gartenblick und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Arbeitsplatz & Schränke. Die charmante Gründerzeit-Villa liegt im Zentrum von Markkleeberg im Süden Leipzigs. Wir haben sie liebevoll im historischen Ambiente saniert. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 Min. in der Leipziger City, der Cospudener See ist fußläufig (5 Min mit dem Rad). Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG neben unserer Wohnküche. Das Bett ist 1,40 x 2,00 m. Fahrräder können in unserer Garage eingeschlossen werden, Parken in der Straße möglich. S-Bahn und Bus schnell zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Hier kann die ganze Familie entspannen. Wir vermieten unsere Stadtvilla, während unserer Urlaubsreisen. Perfekte Lage für Familien, denn es liegt sehr ruhig, nahe Döbeln, aber trotzdem hat man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, wie die Burg und Talsperre Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig und der neue Karls Erdbeerhof. Die A14 ist ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause. Sämtliches Spielzeug unserer Tochter kann mitbenutzt werden. Die große Südwestterrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein.

The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, vom 28.12.2024 bis 04.01.2015 unseren Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa Rotschönberg in Großschirma zu verbringen. Die Lage mitten im Wald, direkt an einem kleinen Flusslauf, hat uns sofort verzaubert. In dieser idyllischen Umgebung konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und die Natur genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Erkundung des festlich geschmückten Dresdens und die Wanderungen in der sächsischen Schweiz – einfach atemberaubend! Die Vermieter, Tom und Tanja, waren nicht nur super Gastgeber, sondern auch sehr herzliche und sympathische Menschen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns von Herzen bei den beiden für die tolle Zeit und die unvergesslichen Erlebnisse! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
