We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a lovely person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

I had a wonderful experience in this amazing house! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well equipped, with a heated pool that was a real plus, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and promptly answer any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — he even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to guests. I highly recommend this listing and would definitely come back other times!

The house is excellent. Spacious, organized, with all the utensils you might need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the caretaker cleans it every day. There is a very nice yard and garden space, with trees for shade. The condominium also has a very nice pool. We liked everything, especially the tranquility of the place. Mr. Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us like friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the region. I hope to return soon.

Valdeci was friendly and very helpful from the very beginning. The house is very well structured, with complete utensils, stove, washing machine, etc. It is in the condominium in front of the beach, walking about 100 m you are in the sea! Excellent hosting option, I recommend it to everyone!

We went into 3 families, each staying in a room. The place can be rented individually ( each room with kitchen and shared pool) or rent the entire place that was what we did . João and Thyane were very helpful, friendly to receive us, gave tips of restaurants and places nearby . The very pleasant space, full kitchen and they thought of every detail . The kids had a great time. On the beach , it provides us with sun umbrellas and chairs in excellent condition . On foot to beach is about 5 minutes , we enter through the access of the restaurant Recanto de Milagres , practically without waves , very quiet beach for those who go with children . But for whom this one by car has other beaches nearby. Summarizing all very clean , beautiful and pleasant, super indicated .

Nice, cozy, ventilated accommodation, a balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable new apartment. I stayed with my family for six days, it was very good. We were very well attended by the host Adolfo, who guided us in everything we needed, to which we are grateful. We hope to come back more often. We recommend it. It exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. I stayed 1 week and loved it, the space was impeccable, the apartment was clean and everything was as shown in the photos, wonderful sea view, market, shopping, pharmacy, everything was close, I liked it a lot and when I return to Maceió I want to stay in the apartment again.
