Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the ad, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Two-bedroom air conditioning in great working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We love your stay! Easy location, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark bedroom for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drinks! There are also several kiosks on the avenue! Eduardo also recommended very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! There were even two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Without a doubt, the best accommodation we've ever found here on the APP. My family and I literally felt at home. Service from the condominium employees was a 10, location in front of the beach, this made our vacation even better. I recommend it, and in fact Angela's service is differentiated, every time I needed to talk to her, she always answered me quickly and cordially.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Erika's villa, 6 people. The accommodation is spacious, super clean, very well equipped (towels, blankets, etc.), and perfectly as described. It immediately feels like home. The villa is ideally located, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 7 minutes from the beach and close to shops. Erika and her husband were lovely, always available, responsive and very welcoming. They responded to all of our requests with extreme kindness. It's an incredible villa, which we recommend without a second thought. We loved our stay, and will most likely be back!

It's even hard to describe how perfect our stay was… Impeccable apartment, clean and very well equipped, perfect and super strategic location close to everything (restaurant, beach) the condominium is also super nice. We stayed for a week. The apartment is simple but practical. Very clean apartment, towels and sheets. Since our goal was to take the tours to the beaches, we spent little time. The apartment is great for two people, with basic utensils that help in preparing simple meals. It has a good shower, with strong and hot water. Soaps that are very good are available. Great air-conditioning, as it is hot all the time it is essential and cools well. Great wardrobe, fridge and washing machine. Mr. Xenno, since my hosting research, has shown promptness and respect. And with some details that are in the photo, it made the apartment more inviting and cozy. I will definitely recommend it and come back. The location is very good, very close.

The stay was great. The apartment is facing the edge of Pajuçara, with a beautiful view. High quality utensils, furniture and equipment. It is important to note the lack of lockers and/or places to store clothes. The overall rating is 9.5, reaching 10 when this item is resolved.

Tati's apartment is better than in the photos . The view is INCREDIBLE and the location tbm. On the edge of Pajucara Beach, the waterfront is great for sightseeing and physical activity! We love it!
