Έχει ένα μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα-πλυντήριο ρούχων) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα καθώς και καφετιέρα . Διαθέτει ένα μικρο αλλά άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δασάκι της περιοχής .

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στη λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων, επί της Λεωφόρου Παπανδρέου και είναι διακοσμημένο με τα πιο καλόγουστα έπιπλα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι ένας χώρος που προσφέρει την απόλυτη χαλάρωση.
