Vacation rentals with beach access in Macedonia Greece

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

Kyriakos is an honest, gentleman and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he answered all my questions quickly, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that might be necessary and recommended, along with map pins. We admired every place he suggested. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging on the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet comfortably took our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but there was no need. It was cool and nice at night. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and shaded space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we'll be back!

Great comfort appartment

A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

Great place right on the beach. Apartment looks like it was recently remodeled and everything is very new and nice. Location is perfect. Emma was responsive and provide all details in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. We enjoyed very much during our 3 days staying at Ms. Zeynep's house with my boyfriend. The house far exceeded our expectations. It is a very quiet, calm and peaceful place in terms of location. We had the chance to go to the sea, it is already 3 minutes walk away. But since it's stony, it's more comfortable with sea shoes. The design of the house,the design, the tools for the guests, Ms. Zeynep thought of us a lot. Finally, as we can see in the comments, our last 500-600 m car on the road to the house was a little difficult for us because it was low, and we recommend that you come knowingly. It's definitely an airbnb we can recommend.

Very nice and well-equipped house with breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all, a wonderful stay in a great house.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The house is tastefully arranged,clean and equipped with absolutely everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The access road is beautiful through the olive grove and the neat and beautifully arranged yard. Our host was very cute,friendly and took care of all the details. If you want a great view,sea,quiet,relaxation and olive trees,here is the perfect place. Thank you so much for your dream moments here.

5 stars is few… An ideal place for privacy, contact with nature, relaxation and tranquility! If the picture of our house is part of our character…then Catherine & Alexander are lovely, special! A home with every corner of it's thoughtful. With touches that have the images of Hosts of their travels. A balcony immersed in the pines, overlooking the endless blue! Stylish furniture, distinctive decor, spotless linens throughout the house, even in our king size bed. Details throughout the house even everyday usable that show that this hospitality is done with love! Thank you for giving our vacation days the special touch to feel at home!

Great cozy apartment with big yard and terrace. In 6 min from beach.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

We were here at the end of May and very happy with the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there are still many restaurants and small cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and all amenities as described. The check-in was very easy and flexible. We were even able to check in at 11 am by arrangement. There was no private parking at the property, but always plenty of street parking right in front of the property.

Eva and Korinna are great hosts. They have a very nice airB&B in the Centre of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Great time.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great location and host. Property is in very good condition. Appartment just on the seafront. We were for the second time with Maria and everything went smoothly. One room with large bed and couch in the second room. Property has a good TV, Air Conditioner, Hot water, wifi (quite slow, but i believe its a problem with many places in Greece). Property is on the second floor with stairs access.

The place was very nice and cosy.There is everything you may need for your stay.The apartment was very clean and Chrisa is friendly and very positive person.Its easy to park on the street in front of the building.The street is quiet and there are many parking spots.Enzo is adorable.Our kids really liked him :)

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

We had a great time at the Private Blue Suite in Neos Marmaras and found a beautifully designed and centrally located apartment where we could enjoy the views at all times of the day and in any weather through the two large terraces. The support of the hosts was always given. The harbor with all the surrounding shops and restaurants is easily within walking distance if you wanted to be among people. But if you want peace and quiet, it's just a short walk to retreat to the apartment and the terraces. We highly recommend the apartment.
