I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it is very close to the center, but on the other hand, it is very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

heavenly, there are no other words for it, we have therefore enjoyed a nice but too short holiday, top quiet location with a breathtaking view. Close to the beach, clean and well maintained. Yiannis is therefore an attentive friendly host who responds proactively👍👍. We will definitely come back here again

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

great apartment, easy to find and clean

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a great time in the apartment and it offered all we needed. Really enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sea on the balcony. And thank You Minos for the great communication and arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. :)

Great place right on the beach. Apartment looks like it was recently remodeled and everything is very new and nice. Location is perfect. Emma was responsive and provide all details in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We are very happy with our stay, it even exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a beautiful and peaceful vacation retreat close to nature and this place was just that. We will certainly visit again

It's a nice place to have a quiet vacation. There was nothing missing except that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

This was a great appartment with a great view. The view from the balcony is trully amazing. Savvas is very kind and responsive. It was very clean. The bed is a sofa bed, but was ok. I would recommend and choose again.

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.

We were 4 adults staying and there was plenty of space and facilities - some people may prefer a second bathroom / toilet but we managed perfectly fine. Location very good regarding anything you need being close and the views are very nice across the sea / harbour. Stamatios and his housekeeper whom we met twice were very courteous, accommodating and friendly. Quite a few reviews mention noise levels in front balcony bedroom and it definitely is loud and runs into early morning from bars and traffic throughout the night. There were ear plugs provided but we had brought our own which were wax type from Boots and these worked very well so as long as you have good ear plugs then nothing to be concerned about regarding this aspect.
