A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The spacious duplex/maisonette apartment in the antique Villa Rocchetta CH, was newly renovated with a lot of love for detail, selected natural building materials. On the large terrace, or the other 3 small balconies, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Lugano.
