PLEASE READ: Beaches is a beautifully decorated self-contained apartment our address is 46 Westby street FY8 5JG, a stones throw away from all local wine bars, restaurants, shops and infamous Lytham green and beach. The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Located in the heart of Lytham, a short 2 minute walk from all shops and restaurants. Lytham Green/Promenade are only a short stroll away. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Pia and Dom were excellent hosts. They both made me feel welcome and encouraged me to treat their home as my own for the period of my stay. It would be difficult to find 2 nicer people. I would definitely stay again as their home is in a great location and close to all amenities in a beautiful part if the country.

What a Gem of a place you have Debra, really decorated lovely, spotless place, looks like everything is brand new. Within 10 minute walk to the town, Bargain booze around the corner as well. Lovely restaurants and Bars in Lytham. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay inLytham to stay here

We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you very much for being so accommodating, friendly and highly responsive. This made our stay seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. It is a beautiful and modern caravan with lovely decorations. You really have thought of everything. We wish we could have stayed longer :) we would love to come back one day.
