Tanya was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions. The space itself was very stylish with bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. It had everything you need for self catering. There was a lovely large comfortable bed and the hot tub was luxurious even having a gazebo to keep the rain off. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend.

We picked this accommodation as it was in an area we needed to be in. Lori was fantastic and the accommodation was exactly as described.

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊

Lovely stay over the Easter weekend. Flat was bigger than the photos suggest and the host was super quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place, lovely and clean. Homely and comfortable. Quiet street. Walking distance into Preston. Highly recommend. I stayed for a weeks training in Preston and it was so nice to feel I was going home for the evening after a long day.

Paula's accommodation in Southport is absolutely superb! Very clean and presented extremely well. The space itself is more than enough for the 3 of us that stayed there and all amenities were top notch. Not only was the apartment extremely comfortable, the host Paula, had provided some little essentials that we all could need during the stay and we were very impressed with this. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Paula's apartment and would definitely return there in the future! Thank you Paula

Great location. 10-15 minutes walk to Fisher gate shopping area. Close to Avenham Park. Near Girders Wheel for walk along River Ribble. Very comfortable apartment with good amenities. Free parking right in front of property. Susie is very friendly and responsive host. Will return if coming to Preston again.

We had a lovely few days. House was very clean and tidy. Needed hand towels in the bathrooms and a lamp in the living room. Welcome gifts was an amazing touch. Thank you to Andy for a lovely stay

Dava's place was easy to find and was very clean and tidy. The car park at the rear was a bit difficult to get to as the suggested gate was locked, but we managed to find an alternative route to get to the car park so it wasn't an issue. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend away. Would recommend.

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

Christine’s place is a cute little flat in a great location. The flat is a couple of minutes from the seafront and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Lytham itself is a picturesque little town. Christine was kind enough to change the dates for our stay without any fuss when I had made a mistake.

Great little flat close enough to walk to everything including pleasure beach, sand castle water park, stanley park and the zoo. Had everything that you needed, easy to find, plenty of places to park outside, nice and tidy. Only thing I would mention is that there is a huge extractor fan from the take away next door that runs up the side of the bedroom window which is noisy so if you're a light sleeper this could be annoying, luckily it didn't bother us at all as we aren't light sleepers 😆 x

I've now stayed in two properties listed by Lisa both I would have no problem staying in again clean and tidy looked same as in the listing she was only a message away responded instantly if asked a question if I go to Blackpool again I will be 100% be using her again a million miles away from some of the guesthouses in Blackpool worth every penny

Shebby is an excellent host 🙏 he is kind, responsive, proactive and willing to help above and beyond what you pay him to do. Genuinely a great guy. The are some improvements that can be made in terms of cleanliness (not a fault of his own) and perhaps looking into an alternative lock system that will offer easier access. I know he will improve on his current model to ensure excellent service for future clients because he is so people centered. I booked this accomodation for a 4 night stay, and I was studying for majority of the time. For the purposes of my travel, it was adequate and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Southport. Fairly central, yet in a quiet road. The town centre, railway station, and the promenade and beachfront areas all within walking distance. The flat itself was warm (we were staying in December), clean and nicely furnished. We would like to visit again sometime, and Pauline was a great host. Thanks again to Pauline for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely located close to the kids play area on the beach. Kids enjoyed having big beds to sleep in 🙂 Main reason for stay was to visit family which worked well and the location was very convenient. We had a slight issue but Farah was super responsive and we got it resolved quickly, thank you. Would definitely recommend 👍

Beautiful accomodation, great onside parking, situated centrally between St Annes and Lytham with public transpprt close by. Smashing very prompt in resolving any issues albeit we only had 1 very slight problem with bedside lamp, which he quickly resolved. Would stay here again - Very highly recommended

Perfect base for our short stay. Excellent flat, very clean and tastefully furnished. Lovely view of the sea & on the one sunny day we had - the balcony was ideal! You need a car to get about ideally - although buses & trams are not far away. Lovely seafront walks - we walked all the way to Fleetwood, back on the tram. Take milk & bread & shampoo though - no welcome pack. We loved the flat and highly recommend it. They did not scrimp on the fixtures & fittings. Quality stuff! Sadly, we didn’t meet the hosts.
