The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Lillehus

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The cottage is 98 m2 and includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna. 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 loft with 2 good mattresses. The cottage is located on a nice large plot, with plenty of room for fun and enjoyment.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an easterly wind), the call of a red kite (with a westerly wind), admire sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
