The cottage, which benefits from its independent entrance with direct access to the outdoor spaces of the enclosed area as well as to the shared, heated (in season) swimming pool, combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Our 3* Gite sleeps up to 6 people and offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with views from your own terrace. Access to large in-ground heated pool (10x5x1.5m) and gardens. Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

The cottage – labeled 4* – is in a former school. A new elementary school is located on the adjoining property; noise pollution is therefore limited to the operation of a school. The decor and amenities are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the private swimming pool (5 m/11 m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the pool 1.5 hours/day. The owners live opposite and are therefore always available.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
