Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 200 m2 with private terrace.

The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.
