The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

The location is private, serene, but still walking distance to downtown. You can see wildlife like hummingbirds, deer, lynx and snow owls.
