Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The cabin is located in a remote location with a fantastic view and good sun conditions throughout the day. Here you can really enjoy the evening sun. The cabin has a brand new kitchen from IKEA. Several great hiking trails right next to the cabin. Frisbee golf course nearby. Electric car chargers available on site. Toys and Nintendo Switch for children. Playground just 30 meters from the cabin.

Cozy cabin in the forest with central location and simple standard. Leave your busy everyday life at home and just enjoy the silence and nature. Sunbathe on the terrace, go for a walk in the woods or take a bath in the river that flows past 50 meters from the cabin. NB!!! Please read text and description carefully. This is a "back to nature" cabin with simple standard. Not a 5 star hotel. Solar cell system to charge tel and to light in the ceiling. Gas refrigerator and stove. The cottage has an outdoor toilet. No shower or running water.

Extended/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in southern Norway. Must row over a small lake to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys hovering over the water. There are eagles in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into nature when you are in bed. Guarantee for relaxation! We are considering renting out to people of order some weekends of the year and some weeks in the summer.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.
