There is enough room for 6 adults and 2 small ones around the table. Cold water that can be drunk. Hot water comes from the water boiler tank. Compost toilet. Portable shower for outdoor use. Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old, but restored to today's standard even though much of the old wood has been used further. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. There is also a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack on local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the surrounding area. It is also great to go fishing for trout in the water

Good old-fashioned outhouse down on the forest floor. Fire pit, canoe, rowboat, carpenter's workshop and climbing net can be used freely. Hot tub and sauna have an extra cost.
