Lake house vacation rentals in Lychen

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Silvio's apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is exactly as described, was spotlessly clean on arrival and has a balcony with fabulous views across the Binnenmüritz, which thanks to incredibly good luck with the weather, we were able to enjoy to the full. The apartment is centrally located with all attractions and local amenities just a couple of minutes walk away. Only point to mention is parking is made available in a separate space a short walk away, for a small additional fee. This worked fine as it was easily possible to pull in with the car and drop luggage off at the beginning/end of the stay. Silvio is a very friendly and responsive host.

We have a weekend in the house Mina with 4 people and a dog. Measured by the short stay, the cleaning costs actually seem unreasonably high to me. The cottage is close to you with other holiday houses. But since it is low season, the other houses were hardly occupied and it was accordingly quiet. In addition, we were kindly offered an upgrade, so we now had a barely visible garden overlooking the lake, which we enjoyed. We had caught the first beautiful spring weekend and thus wonderful sun on the terrace until 11 o'clock. The garden is fenced all around, but only 50 cm high on 3 sides. For my dog, it would be easy to hobbs about it, but she adhered to the demarcation. The location is nice for walking with the lake close by. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are rather soft. The decor is bright, friendly, maritime and modern. We felt very comfortable.

We lived in the property for 8 days. The arrival was super easy and uncomplicated. The communication and communication with the host was great. Very friendly welcome. Accommodation corresponded 100% to the pictures and description. Contact person always on site. We highly recommend this place. The accommodation is suitable for couples as well as families.

Everything was as described. A very large house with enough space for several people. The use of the boats also worked great. Julia and her husband were very friendly. No problems with arrival and departure. The kitchens are fully equipped. A nice little conversation on the day of departure rounded off the stay. We'll be happy to come back.

Our week in Nordwestuckmark brightened up our January! Probably one of the best Airbnb stays and we have stayed in many. My husband and I, along with 2 friends, and 2 dogs, stayed for a remote working week here and we had a relaxing week full of walks and ghost stories. Definite highlight is the large window facing the fields with beautiful sunrises and views throughout the day. Lots of wildlife to be seen. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than the basic appliances and spices. The space is well-heated (underfloor heating made all the difference in winter!) and the Kaminofen provided extra cozy evenings. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The garden is great for dogs but beware that wildlife is around so your dogs should be leashed or have great recall/Rückruf. Like the other reviewer said, it’s true that you can hear your friends in the flat, but the four of us took our work calls just fine in our spaces without disturbance. We really recommend Margita’s place.

We had a wonderful week in Ulrike's house in Großzerlang. As a couple with a dog, we could fully enjoy the peace and nature. The location is fantastic, you can take great walks in the forest and the jetty with the rowboat is a real highlight. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, there is a Weber grill and a fireplace ensures a pleasant atmosphere. We didn't lack anything. Ulrike was a very friendly and attentive hostess. Thank you for the wonderful time and we would be happy to come back.

Absolute recommendation! A really beautiful place to relax and unwind!!! Julia's accommodation really offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing time. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, the surroundings invite you to walk and hike in nature. Our dog especially loved the spacious and fenced garden and did not want to leave. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you very much.

We stayed in the 'Seelavie' accommodation for a week and found exactly what we were looking for: a break from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Everything you needed was there: well-equipped kitchen comfortable living room furniture quiet bedrooms a great sauna in a spacious bathroom + separate toilet Our highlight was the terrace with a huge garden and the lake in front of you. In these, we were able to quickly jump in through the private lake access after the sauna. We will take the peace with us to Berlin and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in the little house. The surroundings have a lot to offer, whether on land or on the water. Everything worked out great with Annett. Recommended!

The accommodation is superb. The house is great and invites you to relax with the terrace. The interior is also great, modern and cozy. Everything you need is there. The location is quiet and you can quickly get to the lake to swim or walk or simply experience the perfect sunset. You can get everywhere by car, but the bus connection is also good. Both Neubrandenburg and Neustrelitz are easily accessible by bus. In addition, Oliver is a top host. Super nice and sociable. You always get a helpful answer quickly and the guide for the house was very useful. Overall, the accommodation and Oliver as a host are highly recommended!

Kasia and Piotr's place is modern and cozy, right next to a scenic lake in a quiet village. It was the perfect getaway from the loud city over New Year's for my partner and me, another couple, and our 2 dogs. The garden is completely fenced and the mini spa with sauna and hot tub is right next door. At the time of our stay, there were some minor issues with the electricity, but Piotr always responded right away, even though our stay was over the holidays. We received clear instructions on how to get things resolved and how to use the spa properly. We'd recommend the cottage to anyone who seeks to escape the hustle and bustle and wouldn't mind some extra wellness time on top.

Fred and his wife (and Carlos) are very kind and helpful,the house was very very clean and we lacked nothing! Tips in the area/restaurants are included ... If you are looking for a few days of absolute peace and quiet, just the thing! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house directly at the lake. There are 10 houses built together. The house is clean and nicely furnished. Nothing was missing to spend a nice weekend there. Directly at the lake there is a small restaurant where you can also rent boats.

The apartment met our expectations in comfort and coziness very well. The interior design is well maintained and invites you to stay. Both options to sit outside, read, eat and relax were generous, private and close to nature. As a host, Christoph was an unobtrusive, always helpful, sympathetic and down-to-earth landlord. Dear Tom, Thank you so much for the wonderful time with you! The accommodation is nestled in fantastically beautiful nature, which immediately made us feel at ease. We especially liked your lovely sheep, who grazed peacefully in the spacious garden and gave the whole thing a special charm. In the evening we sat comfortably by the fire pit while the starry sky sparkled above us. During the day, wonderful bike tours through the surrounding forest right outside the front door were tempting. Your warm nature, the many small touches and the perfect amenities made our stay completely carefree. We travel with great gratitude and recommend your accommodation from the heart.

Excellent location on the lake, very quiet, view of undeveloped lake side, bike path in front of the house. The lake is also little used because of the "dead end." If you are looking for peace and want to get active by bike, kayak or walk, this is the place to be. Description of the house with the amenities was perfect.

We have been here with three families with a total of 14 people. It was great! Highly recommend. Tip: the living room is rather noisy due to the tiles. Maybe put more clothes down to improve the acoustics.

We felt right at home. The house is new and modern as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are in a residential area and therefore very quiet. The location to the lake was the decisive factor for us. Here we could do many activities and end the evening in the house.

A great vacation home in a quiet corner of Templin. Located directly on the lake, you can do a lot: swimming, boating or hiking, a stand-up paddle is also available. Nearby, within walking distance or by car, you can find shopping and attractions such as the Templin natural spa. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac by the water, is well-equipped, bright, modern and invites you to linger and rest after an exciting day of vacation. Parking is sufficiently available around the property. The hosts Robin and Elisabeth are friendly, answered questions quickly and reliably and welcomed us in their vacation home, even if our stay was short (4 nights). We will be back! 😊

We had a lovely weekend with friends here. The swimming spot can be easily reached in 15 minutes on foot, at the other end of the lake (20 minutes by car) you can easily rent canoes and pedal boats. What you should know beforehand is that many buildings of the village were built as a planned settlement of the Nazis (e.g. the history is explained at an information board at the church). If that's bothering you, you may want to stay somewhere else. We didn't know, but we had a great time here. Iris was always quick to respond to inquiries.
