It is suitable for 2–4 people, but possibly also for more, thanks to a pull-out sofa, a crib, mattresses, and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and make a campfire there. It is 10 minutes to the swimming area. Footpath. The bike path "Spur der Steine" passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
