Vacation rentals with a patio in Luzon

ホストは丁寧な説明を事前にしてくださり良かった。部屋は清潔だったが、余計な椅子やテーブルが多すぎ、効率的な空間配置というわけではなかった。余計な家具は撤去してそこに洗濯機を入れてほしいと思う。

We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

The apartment is located in an exclusive Beach-and Country-Club. Therefore only residents or their guests are on the premises. The grounds are kept quite well. It is only a couple minutes of walking to the beach or the pool area / country club. There is a shuttle bus going round as well, but we didn't actually use it since the distances were quite short for walking. Next to the beach there is a pool area, as well as a tennis court, badminton courts, billiard and bowling an other activities. The apartment was very nicely furnished and had all necessary equipment. Tes was a gret host, who provided us with lots of information about the place and suggestions for things to do.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The home was cozy, comfy, and had a very relaxing vibe—it honestly felt like we were out of the country. It was fully equipped with complete appliances and accessories, which made everything so convenient. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk away from grocery stores and other essentials. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

My now go-to place whenever we have meetings/gatherings in the area. Value for money and the unit was functional and aesthetic. Appreciate all the little freebies they include despite not being a hotel. Location is really the biggest value here 💯 til next time, Cathy!

We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

Tanya’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect beach front property for surf enthusiasts. We can’t wait to be back, definitely our go to place in Baler.

PROS: the place is bigger in actual than in pictures, the house is centralized airconditioned and is cold. the kitchen is complete. utensils and plate is restaurant quality. walkable to beach, market(palengke). and tricycle station. house is in front of sari sari store. location is quiet(not main street). 1.5km away from main san juan. CONS: if i have one, then the house is very homey. we didn't go out as often as we like since we loved the house. its cold while its very hot outside. we always ended up going back to the house early.

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. Will definitely go back, if you are looking for a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend Miguel’s place. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

Had a great stay! The place looked just as those in the photos :). The furniture, appliances, and other details about the room were pristine (no worn out sofas or tables, etc). We liked the expanding table (it felt unique out of other bnbs in the area). We had a small issue when we extended the stay, but we were able to talk to them in a timely manner and were able to resolve the concern 😁. Might book again soon! Thank you!

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and provided all the necessary details for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We truly felt at home.
