The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

We had a great staycation! I love the condo unit. The place is super neat and relaxing. Bed is so comfy. The unit is facing in front of the pool, what a great view! I wish we could’ve stayed for longer days. Worth every penny. Smooth check in and check out process because Ms. Paula already gave us a clear and concise instruction. Place is great, nearby establishments and most important host “tita gloria” is very accomodating and gives us ideas where to visit. Whenever we need anything host is one click away very responsive. She became friends withmy mom quickly. Will definitely stay here again ❤️

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Sir Carlo's place is in a quite and peaceful neighborhood. The AC is fully functional we had a comfortable stay. The free gated parking space is definitely a plus. Also, the caretaker, Kuya Bernie is kind and very attentive to the tenants. Thank you for letting is stay at your place.

It was really amazing being in this place, is very well located near of so many places of interest, the cleanliness of the places is a perk. The building facilities make way much better your stay. We did stay 1 month in this place and we really felt and treated like home. The view is amazing. The host is always available, accurate, and caring. Im really short words on regards of mg experience here. We will return DEFINITELY!! It is a perfect place for long staying. The bed is comfortable and clean. The apartment configuration is comfortable.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

my family and furbabies had fun! the staff was also very accommodating. met the owner ollie and their doggies, it was nice chatting with her. the pool was cleaned daily and the nature view was awesome. Smart and Globe signals are weak but all the more it forced us to connect with nature. Should you really need to post their insta-worthy sceneries or connect bec of work, the roofdeck has 4G

I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

We rented Edwin’s house for over 4 months. His place is a 3 bedroom house situated in a fine, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with 24/7 security. The location is about 10 minutes drive to establishments, schools and hospital. Edwin is a great host, he responds to my messages pretty quick, consistently. Whenever there is a situation, he always had solutions and dealt with it immediately. His caretaker, Melbi, is also pro-active. She maintains the house so well even without supervision. We could only say good words describing Edwin as a host plus our experience during our stay in his place. Our family recommends his house if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Nuvali. Thank you Edwin!

We stayed in Maria's house for one week and were very happy. Everything was as described. Maria was a wonderful hostess and communication was very easy. The location was very convenient since I have friends and family living nearby. There is a fruit and vegetable market in walking distance. Street food is available nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Bulacan.

Had an amazing birthday stay at La Bella, specifically at Anya’s Haven! The place was so beautiful, perfect if you love nature and a peaceful retreat. The unit was super clean, has small balcony, smelled really good, and had complete toiletries, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were all so accommodating and made us feel right at home. They were really helpful with all our requests, and the host was very responsive to my messages. We truly appreciated their hospitality! Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back with family. Highly recommend Anyas Haven for a cozy and peaceful getaway!

When your business is around McKinley or BGC area, this is the best place for you. Best neighborhood, walkable to most places, just beside a mall, near the airport and accessible by Grab. Convenience store and a resto at the ground for a quick bite. Big enough for 2 pax, but may accommodate 4 to 6 of closest friends or family members. I am biased with the blues and grays that I felt I was just at home. Plus factor: drinking water available, auto air freshener dispenser, array of condiments if you have the time to cook, strong water supply, multi-socket extension cord within reach from the bed.

Anna's place is very ideal if you need to be close to NAIA Terminal 3. Her place was clean and stylish. Close to restaurants, groceries, coffe shops and other establishments. Internet is fast and has a good airco.
