In the 2 bunk beds of 140 cm with unique views of the park, you are like in a hiding place. Total area 36 m2 An air-conditioned kitchen/dining area with hotplates, microwave, refrigerator. Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

Located in the peaceful village of Pardines, near Issoire and Clermont-Ferrand, it offers 2 terraces, a brazier area and a spa for relaxing moments in the heart of nature. Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).
