Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lucerne

Loved our stay, truly beautiful home and perfect for our family (2 adult couples couples and a family of 3 with 6 year old). Child friendly with safe bedding and available books and toys to play with. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 2 blocks walk from COOP grocery store. A few things to get used to as being from USA appliances are slightly different, but we knew that ahead of time. Also thankful for the previous review that mentioned needing to buy additional toilet paper if staying more than a few days, it was easy to pick up with our groceries. Hosts were very responsive and kind with the questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will remember our trip fondly and our stay here.

Perfect for a large group of 15 people + 6 children! An escape from the daily life of the city, especially when it's a hot weekend on the plateau. It's not the North Pole, but in terms of isolation from civilization, you could almost believe it. The view is beautiful, the amenities (fireplace for raclette, grill/fire pit - both working with wood fire available on site - Nordic style hot bath - which we did not need to heat given the heat of the moment - and without forgetting the large canvas that can be deployed by pressing a button offering shade on almost the entire terrace). The kitchen downstairs has all the amenities and enough space if the group is well organized and tidy (which was not our case!) You have to live with two cows, the farmers next door who work there during the day (but don't sleep there) and the fact that the parking lot is a 3-minute walk, at the edge of the forest. Would we go back? Yes.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this beautiful cabin. The name is perfect. Heimeli. Very cozy, we felt right at home. The valley is spectacular. The ski area close. U. Is great for hiking and exploring in the summer. Matthes is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We‘ll be back!

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Michael is friendly and very responsive. He provided clear instructions with photos and short videos which were helpful. The area is calm and beautiful and about a 20 minute drive to the main part of Zurich. Thank you Michael for a wonderful stay.

Me and my family had a fantastic time staying at the house, providing us with a quite getaway over the weekend. The area is quiet, surrounded by endless hills of green and perfect for walks and spending time outside. The hosts really thought about every single detail that might make the stay even more pleasant and the house it self an absolute gem. Highly recommended.

Lidiya is a great host and we loved her place. The only issue which we felt is the air conditioning in the house which in summer is a must.

Excellent stay! The interior is very pleasant to stay in and the terrace is superb, even though we only spent two nights there. The environment is ideal for getting around, next to a main road, but the house is far enough away not to have any noise. What's more, the countryside and woods are all close by to walk our dogs... And thanks to Mathias for his warm welcome! Don't forget to visit the Weissenstein, not far but superb. Keep in mind!

Wow, we booked this Airbnb quite spontaneously because we needed a weekend retreat away and this delivered! Admittedly, you do need to be prepared that it’s not the easiest place to get to - but we packed light and had plenty of hands to get the groceries brought over. In the end;however, with a bit of planning, it was no issue at all getting there with our toddler and baby. And the location absolutely delivered! It was just what we needed to be in an undisturbed, peaceful setting to unwind from the busyness of everyday life. And the views are amazing!! As disclosed, a few elements of this house aren’t renovated (bathrooms), so if this is ever done then it will help elevate the house as well. I wasn’t aware that it was a two story house - which for us was perfect as we stayed below and my parents stayed above and gave us each some separate living space. I’d absolutely recommend Carmen’s place if you are looking for a true Swiss retreat that’s off the beaten path!

Rich breakfast with fresh fruits, bread selection, cheese, eggs, fine (partly homemade) jams and everything else that goes with it. Plus a wonderful view! Unforgettable stay! Thank you very much!

We loved our stay here! It is such a beautiful and peaceful area. We loved afternoons in the pool and evenings on the patio with an amazing view after a long day out. One thing our group realized was that a travel pass would have been more cost effective for us with how often we went up and down the cog rail, but the cog rail itself was great. We enjoyed our time here so much and would definitely recommend!

Incredible stay. The listing photos do NOT do this home and area justice, it is truly spectacular. We loved Vitznau, all the hiking, proximity to the train. There is tons to do here and the week flew by.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.
