The space
Casa Agave is located within the exclusive PGA West, Greg Norman neighborhood in La Quinta, CA. This villa features 3,900 sqft of open concept living space with 5 guest suites, 4.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
The outdoor living spaces of Casa Agave provide the finest in resort-style amenities within a private villa setting. Anchored by the large saltwater pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor areas also boast an al fresco dining space, fire pit, putting green, gas BBQ, chaise lounge chairs, abundant sitting areas and free-standing umbrellas. This is sure to be the gathering place where you’ll want to spend the most time, enjoying the striking golf course views and warm desert sunshine year-round. Looking for more entertainment options? Head to the interior courtyard and enjoy a game of ping pong on the custom marble and steel game table!
Custom floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the villa's beautifully remodeled and adobe-style interior. Entertain with family and friends in the oversized living room with smart TV, sonos sound system, ample seating with a plush sectional sofa, wet bar and open concept design that leads into the kitchen and dining area with seating for 10. Additional common space is located adjacent to great room area with billiards table and easy access to the interior courtyard with ping pong table. The thoughtfully equipped and designer Chef’s Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, double oven, and large refrigerator. The custom island provides additional seating for indoor dining, as well as space for casual gathering during meal preparation.
Luxury Amenity: Private gym equipped with rower, weight bench, yoga mats, yoga blocks, kettle bells, sonos speaker and smart TV.

Five exquisite bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests at this desert villa. All bedrooms include king beds with Tuft and Needle “Mint” mattresses, smart TVs, luxury linens and en suite bathrooms with hair dryers. The primary suite features an impressive walk-in shower, custom vanity and free-standing tub. Each suite displays a unique style and vision. Additional details provided below.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and have a kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.
Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
TRAVLR Vacation Home properties are accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80-82 degrees, we do charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM. Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Many TRAVLR Vacation homes are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet with Manager approval.
