No roads lead to this gated community estate—you'll arrive by boat service to your dock and ease right into waterfront living. A palm-lined allée leads to the house and saltwater pool looking onto Paradise Beach, where you can nap on a lounger and eat lunch right off the charcoal grill. A gym, balcony and bedroom tower up the ante.
