This freshly updated cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a full over queen bunk bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. The cottatge (#7) is part of a condo association and has a shared beach area with 150 feet of shared sandy water frontage (Bay of Green Bay/ Lake MI). If you are looking for additional space we do have another cottage next door. Convenient location 25 minutes from the Lambeau Field (Green Bay) and is also only 25 minutes from Sturgeon Bay.

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. Less than a mile off Hwy 43 & 57 the house is easy to find and convenient when heading out to explore the city. Need a late night snack, cut through the back yard and Taco Bell awaits you! Did I forget to mention there is a Skee-Ball game in the garage? Game On!
