The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

Haapavuori rises behind the cottage. Peace and quiet in nature, which you can experience here. You can access the beach and swimming all year round from the pier. Indoor toilet and shower. Sup board, kayak and rowboat are also included in the price. My house is next to the cottage. However, you will have complete peace and privacy.

Cozy terraced house in a good location. Within a kilometer's walk of LUT University, local shops and services. 6 km to the city center, bus stops nearby. 1 km to the shore of Lake Saimaa, good hiking trails in the nearby terrain. The apartment is my home, I hope you will enjoy it here as well. Space for the whole family and an excellent setting for a business traveler or student with electric desks and extra screens. Fully equipped kitchen, pet places by agreement. Sauna, terrace and a small fenced yard.
