The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two people, by the tiled stove, at breakfast on the terrace and in the pavilion with lake views. Welcome to the sunny island of Usedom! Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here.
