Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Feel welcome in our 5-star apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 box spring beds, 1 double bed and a baby crib available. The living-dining area has a large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The natural trunk house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with Hollywood swing and direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house you can reach the back water of the island of Usedom. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros, extra bed linen package - 20.00 euros each

Haus Rosalie - cozy vacation home with sauna

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
