The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The 45 m² holiday home is equipped with a double bed, flat-screen TV, kitchenette including stove and a bathroom. The house has a terrace in the yard. It is part of the Stadthaus Usedom, which looks back on a long history. The building has been lovingly restored. It has two floors, in the lower one is the kitchen and a small living area. On the upper floor is the bedroom with TV and the bathroom with a bathtub.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
