Beautiful, well-decorated home with an amazing mountain view from the back deck. My family had a relaxing stay—everyone was comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The firepit, hot tub, and games were favorites. We were conveniently close to Luray Caverns, Lake Arrowhead, and the entrance to Shenandoah National Park.

This house is a gem! The location allows for privacy and great hikes while still being close enough to Luray and Sperryville for restaurants and activities. I’d absolutely return. The house was clean and as advertised. The hosts were very responsive! The creek on the property was such a lovely feature. The only note I’d like to make is the area must have had a lot of rain right before our visit. To access the house, you drive over a very small concrete bridge over the creek. When we arrived the water was over the bridge, and probably 5 or so inches at its deepest. We had a sedan and weren’t comfortable driving over. Jerry quickly gave us alternate directions, so all in all in worked out and provided some excitement :). But if there’s been a lot of rain and you have a low car, be aware!

I had a wonderful stay at Gillian’s Airbnb! She was super responsive and helpful with all my questions, which made everything so easy. The place was beautiful—even though the fox in the room always gave me a little scare, haha! 😄 The view from the kitchen was absolutely stunning, and one night under the stars was truly unforgettable. Thank you, Gillian, for such a peaceful and memorable experience!

We had an amazing girls' weekend! The house was cozy, spotless and perfect for our group. Dolly & Brendan were super responsive and gave us terrific recommendations for local restaurants and wineries - everything we tried was a hit. We loved being able to sit outside and unwind by the firepit. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were here for our elopement in Shenandoah National Park and this location was perfect. The AirBnb was clean, it had beautiful surroundings, and all of the amenities were great!! Colton gave us awesome local recommendations as well. We will definitely be back!

Great cabin. Nice warm heater. Great kitchen. Great nature vibes. Right next to a small pond that you can canoe in.

The cabin was a wonderful, easy space to stay for a quick weekend to the mountains. We very much enjoyed the beautiful views from the windows and the porch.

Beautiful old farmhouse overlooking the vineyard. Only a couple minutes walk to the Muse Winery. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The power was out for a few hours the morning of our last day without communication until after it was back on. I'm assuming there is an electric well pump since water pressure dropped significantly during that time.

We loved our stay at the willow tree! The place was extremely well stocked and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and Susan thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable! It definitely felt like she thought very hard about any items a guest would need and provided them. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again!

You would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. When we’re back in the area this will be our go to place.

We have stayed at this home many times because- a.) They have a fenced-in backyard so it is nice to be able to let out our dogs without worrying about them running away and b.) we love hiking at Lost River State Park which is just a short 12 minute ride to from the house, and c. It is a beautiful quaint home- very peaceful and has all the amenities we need.

This was a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The fireplace was a treat, and we had a very cozy stay. It's hard to add to what other reviewers have already said, but here is one detail: on a winter's night, when the moon is down and the sky is clear, the stars are fantastic! Because there is no nearby light pollution, the view from the deck of the night sky is deep and brilliant.

One of the most peaceful and beautiful properties I’ve stayed on. Brittany and Mike were so friendly and accommodating. They left a complimentary bottle of honey from their own hives. Would definitely recommend and visit again!!

Exact description! If your looking for peace and quiet, you found it! Preston and his family were great hosts. Communicated very easily. Also gave great recommendations for local ideas of travel. The orange tabby cat outside the door every day was extra special. She warmed my heart! The bathroom floored was heated, an extra bonus! Thank you Preston and family!

Bret was a great host, very responsive and proactive in reaching out. The property exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, peaceful, and lots of fun in nature for the kids. That will be one of the more memorable family vacations!

Clean and cozy stay with amazing location. we were able to walk to the great restaurants and breweries in downtown Woodstock in minutes.

We absolutely loved this cottage for our MDW Shenandoah trip. It provided a cute town with several local food options, but the property itself was quiet & peaceful.

We visited the Luray Caverns, which were truly breathtaking, and made a stop in Woodstock for some amazing BBQ. The house was cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing with friends. We spent our evenings laughing, playing games, and enjoying the quiet. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make lasting memories.

This little home in Rixeyville was a perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding! IT was just down the road from the venue and a 20 minute drive into town. The house was lovely. Clean and bright nestled in the woods. A great find.
