This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Regula and Sascha are absolutely lovely people and their home is a gem. Like others have wrote, they have thought about every detail from a wood-fired oven for pizzas to an herb garden to pick for meals to even pre-paying for our bus card to get around town. They were so kind to show us around their home when we checked in and explained everything we would need to know. The property is stunning and so peaceful with access to the lake for swimming or to take the ferry as well as a bus stop at the end of the street. I hope to stay in their home again and I would recommend it to anyone considering! Paradise! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more sunshine. Thank you both so much!

We stayed here with a family of 6 and had a great time! We actually are booking it again to return to Germany from Italy. So, would definitely stay again!😊

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

An overnight stay in the greenhouse turned out to be the perfect retreat from the stressful world of work. Emanuel's accommodation is equipped with everything and more you need for your stay. I can only recommend the quiet location, the great view and the unique experience of staying in a greenhouse to anyone who wants to escape from everyday life or simply wants a quiet time. We will be happy to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Absolutely spectacular views from the balcony!! Perfect location for hiking and exploring the lake. Had a supermarket at the end of the road. The baby got was very good. Easy 10 minute bus ride into the city of Thun.

Where do I start? We arrived in the evening before a national holiday (Ascencion). My wife and I wanted to find a market to purchase some food and drinks for the stay but everything was closed by the time we checked in (including restaurants) due to the holiday. But Dunja saved the day! She operates a bistro downstairs and offered to let us shop in her kitchen for food and drinks! Our favorite item was her charcuterie board with wonderful, local products! We were able to purchase just enough food and drinks for dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. Dunja's place was just remodeled a year ago and it is 5 star quality!! The location and view are AMAZING! . Everything inside is clean, modern and love the electric blackout shades! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom/shower were top notch. This location is only a 5 minute walk to the train station which made accessing different trips in the area very simple, no car needed! Thanks Dunja... we'll be back!! :)

Me and my friends wanted a base in central Switzerland to explore the nature. Jacqueline’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for; beautifully located in Brienz with waterfall views, proximity to the lovely turquoise lake and a fully equipped home, the accommodation was everything one could desire. Will stay here again if I come back.

James was a wonderful host. Easy and accommodating check in and responsive to all our concerns and questions. Location was fantastic very central and easy to walk to all attractions and transportation.

We really enjoyed 5 night stay here. We felt very convenient to explore the surroundings & popular places by easy bus & train everyday. Believe the hype! Perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (5 yr old, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Sabine went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable after our travel from the States, going as far as to grabbing us a few groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out the night we arrived. Sabine’s place was clean and had all the things we needed including a crib, high chair, changing table and toys for the kids. The location was perfect and a close walk to the bus stop and the port. We were only a quick boat ride away from Lucerne and other major towns. Also a block or two away are a small grocery store, butcher, and great bakery. Book Sabine’s place, you won’t regret it.

Great place to stay. Bolia was great to deal with. Even though we didn't speak each others languages we could communicate via Airbnb, Whats App and text messages easily. The combination of an old building and modern but not too modern interior was fantastic. Really peaceful and comfortable. Across the road from the chocolate factory but couldn't hear any noise. Nice walk up to Broc for the Coop, bakery etc. for supplies. Easy bus journey to Gruyere and the H R Giger museum and bar etc.

We stayed in the accommodation for 1 week with 2 medium sized dogs. Beautiful fenced garden, however, not necessarily escape-proof, depending on the size and will of the dog. Great views, lots of hiking trails. Nice little place, about 30 minutes walk to the beach through the forest. Very nice hosts. The restaurant in the village was good with friendly service. Showering was a bit adventurous because of the step in the tub.

We were in the cottage last week, had perfect weather. The lakeside location.... what can we say. Fantastically beautiful. Nestled in nature and close to Zurich. Great location! Phil, a host like no other. Attentive, friendly, respectful of privacy. Charming. Even provided us with a stand-up paddle. All in all, we had a wonderful time. We will be happy to come back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angelique's. The place was very modern and nicely decorated and well equipped for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, there is only poor network coverage and no Wi-Fi. It's not that bad, but you should know. :) Otherwise everything was great, we thank you for the hospitality.

This place is a romantic spot on Lake Zurich that is truly unique. Those who have a close understanding of nature and can do without luxury will really feel comfortable and at home here and love this place. Cool.

We stayed at Giulio's beautiful Rustico from Friday to Sunday – and it was just perfect! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, authentic, cozy and in a fantastic location. Everything was very clean and well prepared. We would like to highlight the communication: Giulio was always available, warm, helpful and gave us many great tips about the area. Already in advance, the exchange was very pleasant and straightforward – you immediately feel welcome. We can fully recommend this special place and will be happy to come back!
