Wow! Unique 75m² City-Apartment "Dortmund's Pearl"

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. Super nice apartment in the countryside, on the border of Dortmund-Brechten and yet (subway 300 m away) close to downtown Dortmund. Two highway feeders are 10 and 15 minutes away. By train, the city center is only 20 minutes away and the stadium and Westfalenhalle with the trade fair are 35 minutes away. As of today, we can also offer three extra beds in the attic.
