Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Nice single-family home 15 minutes from the beaches with private parking space. La Lou Pescalune is equipped with a bedroom with a 160 bed with a flat screen TV. Its wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy the sun during your outdoor lunches. Inside, a comfortable living room with a second 160 bed, an equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
