The home itself is made of stone and wood, which gives it a really grounded, earthy feel, and the design balances rustic charm with modern comfort beautifully. Waking up to the view of the lake and the sound of birds, with banana trees and herbs just outside the door, felt like a dream. It’s incredibly private and quiet—ideal for anyone looking to unplug and recharge. At the same time, everything inside is well thought out and comfortable, from the cozy living spaces to the subtle touches that make the place feel special. I really appreciated how it felt both tucked into nature and still very much a luxurious stay. The host and their family were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. It made the experience feel even more special and cared for. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful, inspiring retreat in nature.

10-12 minutes from lakeside . It is up in the mountains. Has most of the amenities. Wi-Fi is ok , it works then dies but it’s not super bad. it’s nice to book the whole home and have privacy to ourselves. overall 4/5 . 👍🏾

The property was exactly as described and very quit and peaceful. There was a nice cafe to eat at the property and the views of the area were amazing. I was visiting with 3 friends and we each had our own room and bathroom. I would recommend anyone staying here to make sure they have transportation to the town - we had our own car so there was no issue. Otherwise I would tell anyone to stay here!

We stayed for 3 nights at Pokhra and last night was at NS and was certainly the best . Had we came across the property before we would have stayed for all three nights at NS. It is a recommended property for a family trip or for a group of friends. Enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly. Thanks team NS and look forward to stay there again in the future.

Lekhanath and his family are really kind and courteois. While the pictures on airbnb were a little outdated, it still was a calm and relaxing place that immidiately felt like home. So if youre looking for an authentic and familiar guesthouse outside of the busy lakeside in pokhara, you are at the right place.

Mix culture home is the beat place to stay 4 km away from the Lakeside by local bus it takes 25min and by walk around 1 hr. Apartments and the whole building is designed with mix Newari and Tibetan culture situated in nature isolated area where no other building with full of natural surrounded lots of space to relax in the garden and own vegi garden where every morning I picked the vegetables to cook . Pure spring water from the mountain was very tasty. Every day seeing the sunset mesmorising from the room makes me calm and totally relax I became completely relaxed staying in this apartment with fully equipped and host is very helpful for all i needed he provide a free pick up from the bus and airport that was cool and felt comfortable to get the place. Had a wonderful stay and promising to back for long stay next year again.
