I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

What shall I say about this place! It was like I was with my family; caring and protective hosts, delicious foods, local traditions, and the company of the little ones of the family unforgettable. I usually travel from city to city when I am in a new country, however, staying with this family fulfilled me so much that I did not feel the need to go anywhere else- so, I spent an entire month that flew quickly in Kathmandu. The house is located in a local area, away from the noise of the rather touristy Thamel where you see more tourists than locals. The Kapan monastery area is the best to stay at. I would recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kathmandu as it is a genuine homestay experience.

The property was exactly as described and very quit and peaceful. There was a nice cafe to eat at the property and the views of the area were amazing. I was visiting with 3 friends and we each had our own room and bathroom. I would recommend anyone staying here to make sure they have transportation to the town - we had our own car so there was no issue. Otherwise I would tell anyone to stay here!

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. Thanks Arjun, will like to come back just for your hospitality.😊

Host was nice polite and friendly. He gently showed us the place and leave us full privacy. The surrounding was good as well good nightime view from the rooftop and peaceful environment.

The location was perfect—nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, making it an ideal escape from the city's hustle. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Mr. Lekhraj and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this lovely homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and homely experience. I look forward to visiting again!

We stayed for 3 nights at Pokhra and last night was at NS and was certainly the best . Had we came across the property before we would have stayed for all three nights at NS. It is a recommended property for a family trip or for a group of friends. Enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly. Thanks team NS and look forward to stay there again in the future.

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Pramod dai is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible away from the hustle bustle and dust from the city but still within reach (private or hired car highly recommended for daily transport to and from villa to city) with beautiful views. Pramod dai had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our one week comfortable and memorable. Thanks Pramod dai for a wonderful week!

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

If you’re coming to Pokhara, this is the heaven you should stay at! Prabha, the host, is flexible everytime, & everything you might need is available there including a telescope! Now the GEM OF THE PLACE is the one & only Sudeep. This guy is a legend, his breakfast, his way of going above and beyond to help you with anything, this guy made our stay the most memorable. Remember, u need a car or bike to move up and down, or easily ask sudeep for a taxi, that can stay the whole day with you. Thank you for this Crazy isolated Cottage!

One of the best air bnbs I have experienced. The location is in nature amongst the south east hills of Kathmandu. You feel at peace here, at with nature and tranquility. The house is cosy with everything you need. There is a conservatory / yoga house which has amazing views to meditate. The area is undergoing a big facelift with road construction but this doesn’t affect the stay. The host was loverly and tended to all my needs. The local driver was amazing and took me to some loverly garden plantations. You see the real Nepal in these locations with humbleness mixed with a great work ethic.

The flat I rented from Andrei and Maria was perfectly in line with the photos and the descriptions. I loved the atmosphere, the neighborhood, and the flat. It was peaceful and quiet, which was great as a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Patan. I highly recommend the apartment. Maria and Andrei were not on site themselves. but the friendly downstairs neighbor took care of my questions and provided assistance when needed.

After a long and exhausting overland journey this house provided exactly the rest we needed. Pramod was a wonderful and understanding host, he helped in every way to make our stay comfortable. When I got sick he helped with medication, advice, anything. Thank you for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bungalow. The space was clean, cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable — perfect for unwinding. But the highlight was definitely the terrace. At night, the view of Kathmandu city lit up with twinkling lights and the serene presence of Swayambhunath in the distance was simply magical. Avinav was an exceptional host — communication was swift, and he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and stunning views .

Our month long stay at Sushila's place was wonderful. The staff are good-natured and friendly and Sushila and her husband are extremely helpful and accommodating. By the end of our stay it truly felt like a second home to us. The location on a small, dead-end street is very quiet and peaceful, far removed from Kathmandu's hectic traffic. The area has plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby getting around the valley from there is very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished with whatever one needs to work, cook, and relax. Better than the photos! We feel like we've made new friends with Sushila and her family and will definitely stay there in future visits. Her hospitality was heart-warming and genuine. All in all, it was a very rewarding experience. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The views of the city and mountains are awesome and there are 2 lovely roof terraces to sit and enjoy them. Romy and his family were friendly and helpful, recommending a great driver for trips. The apparent was in a quiet cul de sac, although shops, and restarants were just round the corner. It was extremely good value for money -the perfect place to stay in Kathmandu.
