The house is located right next to Ormberget's outdoor area with excellent cross-country tracks and sledding/slalom slope. A couple of kilometers to Luleå University of Technology and very good public transport to Luleå city center. A few minutes walk to grocery store, gym, restaurants, and more. The house has an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace between kitchen and living room and a extended conservatory overlooking the forest.

Naturbelägen fristående lägenhet ”gårdshus” beläget 10 minuter utanför Luleå centrum. Direkt anslutning till natur och skoterspår. Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.
