This is OUR holiday resort both in summer and winter, and therefore we can highly recommend it to others as well. We often spend a lot of time outside. In summer you can play badminton, pick berries, join crayfish fishing in the Råneelven river in August, or climb in one of Sweden's best climbing fields, the MTV wall, just a few minutes away. In the winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, before relaxing inside in the warmth of the sauna.

Bring the whole family to this amazing house. Two bathrooms and two toilets, perfect for those of you with teenagers. The kitchen is spacious and has a lovely social area with room for the big family. A sauna and bathtub await you for relaxation after your day at the beach, in the archipelago, or after shopping in the city, which is just a few minutes away by car or bus. At the back of the house, there is a large lawn for playing and frolicking. A patio to hang out on in the sun, and right now, there are also 2 rabbits living in the yard.

About 1 km to Ormberget's outdoor area that offers nice skiing and cross-country trails. 4 bedrooms and living room with room for a mattress. Large kitchen, two bathrooms as well as another living room. There is also space to bring your own mattress. Bed linens are included, not bath towels. AC is available. Large garden with a patio on both the front and back. Trampoline in the back. Proximity to both ski slopes and beaches.

Detached apartment "farmhouse" located in nature, 10 minutes outside Luleå city center. Direct connection to nature and cross-country ski trails. The property was built in 2023 and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toiletries, desk, sofa, loft bed for two adults (140 cm) and a single bed underneath (90 cm). 500 meters to the nearest bus stop and free parking in the courtyard by the house. Please note that public transport does not run very regularly, so we recommend that guests have their own car.

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation beautifully located in Södra Sunderbyn. The house is located on a hill overlooking the river and large hiking areas. A few hundred meters to, among other things, the beach and illuminated walking trail. Five minutes to the bus stop and restaurant. 10 km to Luleå and 15 km to Boden In the basement there is a shared laundry room and an extra bedroom/lounge that can be booked if needed (see bedroom 3).
