The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

The apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

A bakery around the corner! Storage space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows!

The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.
