Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lüchow-Dannenberg

We stayed with a family we were friends with for 4 days and felt very comfortable! The large kitchen invites you to cook/eat together and have a game night. We also had a lot of fun with the rowboat and the table tennis table. We will be back!!

Beautiful house, ideal for forest bathing. Well-kept property with nice details. The highlight is the barbecue hut with integrated sauna. Everything works as it should. Equipment all available to spend an extremely relaxing weekend. Is recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend as a family at Gesa's place! The kids had a wonderful time in the playroom, also the garden was a dream. Communication was also always great, thank you so much!

This beautiful location is in the middle of paradise, we had a very nice time and our dog enjoyed the garden & the surroundings very much. Perfect for driving down. The kitchen is super equipped, small details like spices, oil & coffee were also on site. The neighbors there in the village were also all super friendly. Justine was always available and very friendly. Would definitely come back. :)

We had a lovely and relaxed stay at Denise's place. The luxurious house was full of comforts and very clean. We had a very nice stay with 7 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean and corresponded to the pictures. Fellow travelers who have Telekom as a mobile phone provider even had cell phone reception:) The cottage is highly recommended.

I felt very comfortable, the check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, practical and comfortably furnished. Glad to come back.

We wanted a short break from city life and that is exactly what we got: picturesque nature in the area, wide fields, a beautiful old estate, where the apartment is located in the back, absolute silence at night, relaxing peace during the day. Henrike is a great and very nice host and the rest of her family is also very nice and helpful. We and our dog felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment corresponds to the photos and descriptions, so that everyone can get an idea. It is bright due to the height and the windows around the corner, beautifully decorated - a room to feel good and find peace. In the house it is very quiet, the street in front of the house is only noisy during rush hour, at night it is very quiet. In "bad weather" you could spend a good day there (but Hamburg and Schwerin are also easily accessible by train). In the kitchenette, everything is available (fridge, separate induction stove, coffee maker, kettle...). Communication with Axel was quick with helpful information, nice welcome with tips for the area, shopping. Boizenburg is a good starting point for cycling tours along the Elbe, but also, for example, to Lake Schaal. And above all, wonderful places on the banks of the Elbe right outside the door! Highly recommended!

We were there with our 8-month-old son and we had a quiet and relaxing time with him. Exactly what we needed as a newly formed family from the city. The place is very cozy and the scenery there is just super beautiful. Take walks in nature during the day - relax in the garden in the evening. But the trip to Lüneburg was also worthwhile, which is only about 30 minutes away. Thanks so much for everything, Pia and Manuel! I'm sure we'll be back 😊

The three of us (couple with baby) felt very comfortable in the Heidjerleev and enjoyed the tranquility. By car, we were quickly at shopping facilities or in the area (heath, otter center, museum village, etc.). The furnishings of the apartment were great for us to cook for ourselves and also a small stay in the rain. The view of the countryside and the small terrace right outside the front door was very nice. Thank you so much for everything! :)

We had a short stay in Gartow, on the occasion of the Cultural Country Party and fortunately ended up in this beautiful and quiet accommodation with its wonderful garden. The contact with Maike and Margit was very warm and helpful (thank you for the rain cake and everything else :-)), a generous accommodation where we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. After I had only looked for a functional accommodation for a visit to relatives and some activities in Hamburg, I found in Lydia's accommodation a very spacious, functional and inexpensive (complete!) Apartment. Since the public parking spaces in the quiet residential area are not are abundant, I was grateful to be allowed to park in the garage entrance to the house in consultation (without mutual obstruction). It was a nice, hassle-free stay. I'd love to come back and my recommendation.

An ideal place to stay for a visit to Hamburg. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the amenities are very good, the apartment is exceptionally clean. Maria and her husband were very accommodating and available for questions at all times.

We stayed six days with our two girls in Mieke's apartment. The house is quietly located and you can go for a good walk from there. The children liked the garden and the animals very much. The apartment is well and conveniently equipped. From the "Mittlerer Landweg" stop (a few minutes by car; Park & Ride day ticket: €2) you can quickly get to the city and all kinds of Hamburg sights by S2. Overall, as a family, we enjoyed this mix of peace and action in the city very much.
